akp has been awarded contracts to provide the interior fit out for two new tenants at Hamilton International Business Park.
Instructed by the business park owners, HF Developments, akp's interior division is to fit out a new beauty salon in unit six, and a children's nursery within unit five.
Both located on International Avenue, the salon comprises 511sq m and the nursery, which includes play areas, kitchen, offices, staff room and toilet facilities, spans 170 sq m.
Ian McEwan, Managing Director, akp Scotland Ltd said, "These new facilities are a fantastic resource for people working at the Business Park and are indicative of the range of facilities out of town office schemes are offering, competing strongly with city centre locations."
