akp has recently completed a contract by Sgurr Energy, the renewable energy specialists to fit out new office accommodation at 225 Bath Street.
The office, which spans 7,170 sq ft follows on an earlier contract completed by akp for fit out of a new office on behalf of consulting engineers W A Fairhurst & Partners. Indeed akp started working on the building almost three years ago undertaking various refurbishment works on behalf of landlords, Warner Estates. akp is also additionally contracted to fit out the reception area.

The building offers excellent, centrally located office accommodation and it's good to see its transformation pay off with such great tenants."
